DESCRIPTION:

Director Surgical Services - $10k Sign on Bonus
The Director of Surgical Services holds accountability for the oversight of the Surgical Services department, which includes the OR, Same Day Surgery, GI Lab, Holding, Pre-Admission, Sterile Processing & PACU. This role is vital to the success of the surgical services department as the individual will serve multiple supportive roles involving interdisciplinary relationships with physicians, nursing, diagnostic, interventional departments, the patients and families and quality outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education: BSN, and a thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of OR Management.  Master's Degree preferred.

Experience:

Current or Recent OR Director experience.  Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a Surgical RN. 

Professional Requirement:

Current RN license to practice in the state of Tennessee.  BLS and ACLS required
